1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Park Airport Transfer website (parkairporttransfer.com) or making a reservation through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Services

Park Airport Transfer provides:

• Private airport transfer services between Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) and destinations across Istanbul
• Chauffeur-driven vehicle hire for point-to-point journeys
• Guided tour packages in and around Istanbul

Services are operated under TURSAB licence DVS No. 13839. All vehicles are commercially insured and regularly maintained.

3. Reservations

When making a reservation you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorised to make the reservation on behalf of all passengers listed

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email containing your reference number. We reserve the right to decline a reservation in exceptional circumstances (e.g., unavailability, force majeure), in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are per vehicle (not per person) unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable and all standard tolls and parking fees.

Payment may be made by:

• Cash: Paid to the driver at the time of service in the currency agreed at booking
• Card: Processed securely online at the time of booking

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price agreed at the time of booking will be honoured for confirmed reservations.

5. Cancellations & Changes

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
• 50% charge: Cancellations between 12–24 hours before pickup
• Full charge: Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup or no-shows
• Date/time changes: Free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability

6. Passenger Obligations

• Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
• Carry valid travel documents (passport, ID, visa as required)
• Ensure luggage does not exceed the agreed volume or weight
• Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol or food in the vehicle
• Treat drivers and property with respect
• Notify us immediately of changes to flight details

Passengers causing damage to the vehicle will be liable for repair costs. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund to passengers who are abusive, intoxicated or otherwise breach these obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Park Airport Transfer's liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for:

• Missed flights due to traffic, weather or events beyond our control
• Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger
• Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and software — is the property of Park Airport Transfer and is protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before initiating formal proceedings.

10. Photo & Visual Content

Park Airport Transfer may collect photos and videos with the explicit and voluntary consent of passengers during transfer, chauffeur, or tour services.

10.1 Scope of Consent

By accepting these terms, passengers who provide consent allow the use of their images for:

• Publication on our website (parkairporttransfer.com)
• Sharing on social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
• Use in printed or digital promotional materials

10.2 Consent Conditions (KVKK Art. 6 & 3)

• Consent is entirely voluntary and does not affect service delivery if withheld.
• Passengers may withdraw consent at any time by emailing parkairporttransfer@gmail.com.
• Withdrawal does not render prior use unlawful.

10.3 Storage & Security

Visual content is used only for the stated purposes and is not sold or transferred to third parties. Upon a withdrawal request, relevant content will be removed within 30 business days.
