From Our Fleet: Large Group Events by Midibus and Coach

Planning transport for a large group is one of the most demanding parts of any event. Even a journey of a few kilometres can affect the whole programme if it is not made with the right vehicle. The midibuses and coaches in our fleet are there for exactly this need.

Midibus: 26 passengers

For medium-sized groups, the midibus is a balanced option in terms of both capacity and manoeuvrability in the city. It moves more easily through narrow streets and hotel entrances.

Coach: 46 passengers

For congresses, trade fairs, weddings or company events, our coach can carry large groups of participants in a single trip. Its luggage hold is big enough for the whole group's suitcases on airport transfers.

Which events?

Group transfers from the airport to the hotel, shuttles between the hotel and the venue, city tours, transport for wedding guests and company outings are among the most frequently planned.

Planning

Once the group size, date and route are clear, we can choose the right vehicle together. See the vehicles on our Vehicle Fleet page, and get in touch for planning tailored to your group.
