When planning an airport transfer, the amount of luggage is just as important as the number of passengers in determining the right vehicle. Choosing a small vehicle with too much luggage can lead to comfort problems and extra charges.
Luggage Capacity by Vehicle Class
- Sedan (E-Class): 2-3 large suitcases — ideal for 1-3 person trips
- VIP Van (Vito): 4-6 large suitcases — suitable for 3-5 people with moderate luggage
- Sprinter: 10-15 large suitcases — for large groups or excessive luggage
💡 Rule: Calculate vehicle capacity based on an average of 1 large + 1 carry-on bag per person.
Things to Note with Excess Luggage
