Need to Know

➔ You can change the tour two days before the tour time.

➔ Cancellations and full refunds are made up to 24 hours before the start of the event

➔ For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund takes at least 10-15 business days.

➔ Transfers for tours may be delayed by +/- 10 minutes, so it is recommended to be on time.

➔ For online reservations, your ticket will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

➔ Trip time values. There will be a new departure time for use 24 hours before we start the tour.
